Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Luman Hub website, web application and desktop application (together, the "Service"), operated by Luman Hub ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Luman Hub is a tool that merges map resource files: when two maps edit the same file, it produces a single resource where both work. The Service is offered with a free tier and paid plans that increase your merge quota.

2. Accounts

You sign in with Discord. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your Discord credentials secure. You must be old enough to enter into a binding contract in your country.

3. Acceptable use

• You must own, or have the necessary rights and licences for, any files you upload.
• Do not use the Service for unlawful content or to infringe others' rights.
• Do not upload, merge or redistribute paid, protected or escrow-protected resources that you did not create or are not licensed to use.
• Do not use the Service to circumvent any technical protection, licence or anti-piracy measure on third-party content, or to pirate or resell others' work.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, resell or abuse the Service or its quota/licence system.
• You are solely responsible for the files you upload and for how you use, publish or distribute the merged output you create.

4. Payments and subscriptions

Paid plans are sold by us. Payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc.; we do not receive or store your full card details. Any taxes that apply to your purchase are your responsibility unless we state otherwise at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refund terms are set out in our Refund Policy.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, branding and content, belongs to us. The merged output you generate from your own files belongs to you. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose. Luman Hub does not contain, distribute or resell any third-party game assets or copyrighted content; the tool only processes the files that you provide and own.

6. Your content and indemnity

You keep ownership of the files you upload and the merged output you create. You grant us only the limited right to process your files in order to provide the Service; we do not publish, sell or redistribute them, and uploads are processed transiently rather than kept in a public library. You represent that you have the rights to every file you upload. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, demand, damage or cost (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your files, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.

7. Copyright complaints (DMCA / takedown)

We respect intellectual-property rights and respond to clear notices of alleged infringement. If you believe content processed through the Service infringes your copyright, please follow the procedure in our Copyright & DMCA Policy. We act on valid notices and terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that every merge will be error-free. Luman Hub is an independent tool that processes the files you provide and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any third-party game, platform or rights holder. All product and company names are the property of their respective owners. Always keep backups of your files.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept them.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
