Refund Policy

Luman Hub sells digital products (subscription access and merge quota). This policy explains when you can get a refund. Payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com, and approved refunds are issued through Paddle.
1. 14-day refund
You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if either of the following applies:
- the product is faulty or does not work as described; or
- you have not yet used the paid merges included in your purchase.
2. After use
Because the product is delivered digitally, once you have used your paid merges (i.e. a merge has been successfully generated and made available to you), that portion is non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable consumer law.
3. Subscriptions
You can cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the current paid period. We do not provide partial refunds for unused time in a period unless required by law.
4. How to request a refund
Reach us via our Discord server with the email used at checkout and your order/receipt number. We aim to respond within a few business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Paddle.
