This Privacy Policy explains what data Luman Hub ("we", "us") collects when you use our website and applications (the "Service"), and how we use it.

1. Data we collect

• Discord account data — when you sign in with Discord we receive your Discord user ID, username, display name, avatar and email, and (with your consent) your membership and roles in our Discord server, which we use to determine your access tier.
• Usage data — your merge count, plan/tier and subscription status, so we can enforce quotas and provide the Service.
• Uploaded files — map resources you submit for merging are processed to produce your output and are not retained longer than needed to deliver the result.

2. Payment data

Payments are handled by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. We do not receive or store your full card details. Paddle processes your payment information under its own privacy policy.

3. How we use your data

We use your data only to operate the Service: to authenticate you, apply your quota and plan, provide support, and prevent abuse. We do not sell your personal data.

4. Processors we share with

We share the minimum necessary data with: Discord (authentication), Paddle (payments), and our hosting provider, which stores data on servers in the EU. These act as our processors.

5. Cookies

We use essential session and authentication cookies needed to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. We will delete your account data on request, subject to records we must keep for legal or accounting reasons.
