Luman Hub respects the intellectual-property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. Luman Hub is a tool that processes the files a user provides and owns. It does not host a public library or marketplace of user files: uploads are processed transiently to produce a merged result for the user who provided them, and are not stored, published or shared by us. Because of this there is normally no hosted, publicly accessible copy of a file for us to "take down". We still take infringement seriously — we respond to valid notices, remove or disable any material we do happen to retain, and act against accounts that use the Service to infringe (including terminating repeat infringers).

1. Filing a takedown notice

Send a written notice to us via our Discord server or mykola.kabanov.pl@gmail.comwith the subject line "Copyright Notice". To be valid, your notice must include:

• Your full name, address and email address (contact details).
• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
• Identification of the material you claim is infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it (e.g. the account, upload or merge in question).
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorised to act on its behalf.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

2. Disputing action against your account

Because we do not host user files, action on a notice usually means restricting or terminating the account that was used to infringe rather than removing a hosted file. If we restricted or terminated your access in response to a complaint and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may dispute it via our Discord server or mykola.kabanov.pl@gmail.com including your contact details, the action you are disputing, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the action was taken by mistake, and your signature. We will review the dispute and may reinstate your access where appropriate.

3. Repeat infringers

We will, in appropriate circumstances, suspend or terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.

4. Misuse

Submitting false or bad-faith notices may make you liable for damages. If you are unsure whether material infringes your rights, you should seek legal advice before sending a notice.
